Seattle Coffee Catering FAQs

How far in advance should I book?

Peak dates (May–Oct, holiday season) fill 4–8 weeks ahead. We can sometimes accommodate rush event requests.

Do you provide supplies for drop-off orders?

Yes. All drop-off catering includes a "Service Kit" with eco-friendly cups, stirrers, napkins, and a variety of sweeteners and creamers. You won’t need to provide a thing.

Can you do dairy-free?

Absolutely by request. Oat, almond, soy, coconut.

Can you operate outdoors?

For outdoor events, we recommend tent coverage or a venue-provided canopy in case of rain (common in Seattle!).

Do you travel outside Seattle?

Yes. We serve the greater Puget Sound area, including Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Tacoma, and all of Snohomish County (Everett, Marysville, Snohomish, etc.). Travel fees apply for locations outside of our immediate Seattle/Bellevue radius.

What do you need for setup?

We need a minimum 8×8 ft space and two 20-amp outlets on separate circuits. If outlets aren’t available, we can provide a quiet generator.

What services do you offer?

Drip Coffee Drop-Off

We provide premium brewed coffee delivered in 96oz insulated boxes, thermal airpots, or large-scale 5-gallon dispensers. Every drop-off includes a complete service kit with cups, lids, stirrers, sweeteners, and fresh creamers for a seamless experience.

Full-Service Espresso Bar

Bring the café to your event with our 5-star rated mobile cart. Our professional baristas handcraft unlimited lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty mochas on-site, including dairy-free options and custom branding for a truly interactive guest experience.

Specialty Beverage Bar

For a refreshing non-alcoholic alternative, our beverage bar features handcrafted Italian sodas, gourmet hot cocoa, and assorted teas. This is a sophisticated, full-service option perfect for all ages and alcohol-free celebrations throughout the PNW.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes—$1M/$2M COI available for venues.​

What about branding?

We can place your logo on the cart and sleeves; or on any other items. Ask about lead times.

How early do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before service to load in, set up the espresso machine, and test power. We normally have 30-60 minutes for teardown.

What types of drinks do you serve?

Our mobile cart feature a full espresso bar including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and mochas, along with assorted dairy-free milks. Hot drip and iced brewed coffee are available upon request. You can also add on matcha, chai, or hot chocolate to any package.

What is the difference between Boxed Coffee and Airpots?

Our Boxed Coffee comes in disposable, insulated 96oz containers (serving about 10–12 people) and is perfect for casual meetings where you want an easy cleanup. Our Airpot Service uses professional thermal urns that keep coffee hot for hours; these are swapped or picked up by our team after your event.

What’s your service speed?

~70–90 drinks/hour per cart with one barista; 120+/hour with two.

Do you provide cups, napkins, and all supplies?

Yes. Every package includes cups, lips, napkins, straws, stirrers and sweeteners. You don't need any to provide anything-our team brings a complete setup.
